At Autri Books, we take pride in the quality of our publications. Because our books are produced on demand and often printed specifically for each order, we maintain the following return and refund policy.


All Sales Are Final

Except as outlined below, all sales are final once an order has been printed or shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong title, or changes of mind.


Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or, where appropriate, a refund.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong title or an incorrect shipment due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  1. Orders placed in error
  2. Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
  3. Minor cosmetic variations inherent to print-on-demand production
  4. Items damaged after delivery
  5. Bulk or special-order purchases (unless defective)

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
